Letter from Martin Meyer:
On behalf of everyone at Meyer & Company, I'd like to welcome you to our Web site. We hope you find it a valuable resource for information on our available properties, the range of expertise we offer, and on the type of service and skills you have come to expect from our agents.
Starting in 1996, Meyer and Black set up shop on the corner of 47 and Lincoln Drive in Troy Missouri. We started small and eventually we earned the gratitude and respect of our clients and community alike. We were family, and we had fun providing the best service we knew how to give. Soon we grew and became a leader in Residential and Commercial sales in Lincoln, St. Charles and surrounding counties.
2006 became a time for me to review what it meant to have my name associated with a Real Estate Company. What type of experience should that company provide to its clients? How should we be viewed by our clients and the communities we work in? More importantly, where should we go as a company?
Now in 2007, I am proud to announce that Meyer & Black has become Meyer & Company. Meyer & Company's leadership in the market remains. Our record is proof of our many satisfied clients, who continue to recommend us to their families, friends, and business associates. Every year, more and more of our sales come from repeat business and referrals.
There were two thoughts that guided me in the process of retooling the company. The first was to create the best, most professional and knowledgeable experience for our clients. Every single person that walks in the door, or talks to a representative of the company should feel that they received a higher level of service then they were looking for. We may not always have what you want, but we are not afraid of hard work and will make sure you get it.
That brings me to my second thought in retooling the company; the people that work there. Let me tell everyone right now that each and every person here wants to work. They are all dedicated to pleasing their clients. I wanted to give them a work environment where they didn't have to worry about anything other than getting the job done for you, their customer. Not many business owners can say that they are truly proud of the people that work with them — I can. This is a great group of men and women, and I am proud to have them use my name in Meyer & Company. My company is the sum of its people, so I have no doubt the service and experience you receive here will be top notch.
